This page of the wizard displays a number of fields that you need to fill out. The mandatory fields include the following:
1.Definition Name with the value Load Dependents
2. Owner with the value HR
3. Table Name with the value Dependents (table)
4. Unique Column 1 with the value FIRST_NAME (Varchar2)
5. Case Sensitive with the default value No
6. Unique Column 2 with the value LAST_NAME (Varchar2)
7. Case Sensitive with the default value No
8.  Unique Column 3 with no value selected
9. Case Sensitrive with the default value No
